VISION

VCDA supports individuals in discovering and leading meaningful and productive lives through quality education. VCDA recognizes that effective career development has a direct and positive impact on workforce development, economic growth, and prosperity.

MISSION

VCDA strengthens the knowledge and skills of career development professionals, increases the quality of career resources, education and services, and enhances the profession through increased awareness, collaboration, and consultation.

AFFILIATION

Virginia Career Development Association (VCDA) is a state division of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and division of the Virginia Counselor's Association (VCA).
